UPDATED W/ ACTUAL PICS - YAY OR NAY?
I just ordered this crate and barrel sectional in this color (peat). It comes with six pillows in the same fabric/color - I want to add at least three more pillows of a different color - suggestions as to what colors? I didn't like any that they had in the store - any suggestions? Also what color throw blanket would you do? Also I need curtains for the same room. What colors? We are also getting this ottoman/coffe table...
For the curtains I really want to find a reasonable store since we are renting and may not be living here that long...any suggestions? also, where do they have a nice selection of throw pillows?

UPDATED: Below (last pic) is the actual couch it is a bit of a mess from DS climbing all over it but anyway -
Do you like the two brown pillows and green with brown swirl?

try marburn (think that's the name of it) in carle place...it's an outlet store..u never know what u can find....
we have a brown leather sectional ..i added rust color pillows to it and i love the way it looks... i'm sure it would look good with the beige couch..you can go with any colors...green, red, light blue..etc...maybe match the pillows with the curtains...

I think a slate blue or sage green (light to medium green) would be nice with the furniture. Very nice choices. Really any color would go with this furniture. Do you have a favorite color?
Check out JCPenny for everything. See if they are having any sales right now. Of course Home Goods, TJMaxx, Marshalls, and Target are great stores to buy all that you need for this room. And they have great prices. Also you might want to check out Malburn if you live on Long Island, for the curtains. Very in expensive and they have really nice stuff to chose from.

Marburn is great and really cheap!
I agree that blues and greens and even maroon would go well.

what color are the walls, floor/rug? ITA with the JCP suggestion. they have a wide selection of pillows, throws and window treatments. i have a very similar colored couch in the den and the accent colors are green, burgundy, and black.

the pillows look nice. Good choice of color. Do you want to pull some more green into the room? So for the curtains, you might want to do a green to play off of the green in the pillow. Then you could put some accent pieces of green in the room, like art work or vases. JMO! GL!

Yeah I thought of this and think I would if it was a stand alone family room but it is our living room - we went casual for now b/c of the layout of our house and we have a toddler but it is connected to our dining room (the room behind the couch) so i want to keep a look with curtains. Thanks though!

Yeah, I'm def thinking something with some green in it. Thank you! The room is totally bare now - the stuff we had in it was from a much smaller space so we decided to start from zero!
