After I had DS I had terrible upper back pain and if I sat too long or stood too long in an ackward position I would get this weird tingling and burning sensation. I also developed herniated discs in my neck after giving birth.

Slowly but surely it has been getting better but within the last few weeks I think b/c my posture is off again carrying DS all in my belly it is starting to happen again.

I try to sit straight in my chair at work and not lean over the sink too long when doing dishes and have been putting a heating pad on it at night but not sure what else I can do for it.

Did anyone else have this? Anything help?
