Upset stomach with Folgard/Metanx
I just started my PhysioLogics version of Folgard and I've had a sour stomach for the last few days. Is this something that my body will eventually get used to or is this a medication that should be taken with food?
As always- my doctor's office isn't open yet  Thanks ladies!

I had no issues at all with Folgard, but everyone is different. Give it a few days and yes, do try to take it with food - that may help!

I took it with meals yesterday and today. I'm hoping that it will ease up in the next few days. Thanks!
