Seamus' head grew alot at his 2 month and they never said anything to me!!
The nurse measured it twice because she thought it was wrong. He was a peanut when we left the hospital - 6 lbs 5 ounces and was 13 lbs at the 2 month appointment. I guess it kept up with the rest of him? I tell him he has an Irish potato head all the time!! for your little girl. Im sure everything will work out just fine!!
Lukie was the same way. Grew really fast. Head size just had to keep up He is all proportional. Higher than normal weight, taller than normal and head size is bigger. At 18 months his head size went from 90% to 75%...
I'm sure he is ok.

Kevin had the same issue when he was little. His head was always in the 90% for his age (and still is).
He had a head CT when he was little and everything turned out normal. he just has a big head. Lots of kids do. I bet if you look at either your family or your DH's family, some members had big heads when they were little.

Thank you all so much for your prayers, positive vibes and best wishes! Reilly's head sono came back normal!! Apparently, she has a big ol' brain just like her Momma!! You guys are awesome and really helped to calm my fears!!
