Utter exhaustion
I don't know what's come over me lately - I have absolutely ZERO energy. I have been falling asleep in the afternoon (thankfully I only teach half-days int he summer). I can't remember the last time I was this tired. All I want to do is sleep!  I am taking a daily vitamin with all of the RDA of everything, I get enough sleep at night, and I have a good appetite. It's to the point where I am dragging myself up the stairs in our house. This has been going on for a little over a week now.
Any suggestions as to how to snap out of this??

Don't hate me for asking this, but, is it possible you are pregnant?
That's exactly what my very first symptoms were. I was falling asleep everywhere and anywhere.

It actually *is* a possibility - but I think that it would be wayyyyyyyy too early for anything. AF Just left last Wednesday... 
I have a script for a full blood workup that I've been sitting on for like a month, I guess now would be a good time to get that done, huh?

I felt like this when I first got pregnant, but I also felt like this when I had mono. Def. go get checked out!
