Was your shower planned earlier than usual?
If so, how many weeks were you? I know twins rarely go after 37 weeks so I'm not making it to 40. But I know there is a higher chance that they will come sooner than 37 too.
We aren't planning anything yet since I'm only 11 weeks this week but timing came up this weekend. Is 30ish weeks too soon?

I had a small sprinkle when I was pregnant with my twins since I already had a big shower when I was pregnant with DS.
I had it at 29 weeks since we weren't sure how long I would make it. Plus the risks of being put on bedrest is higher with a multiples pregnancy. I took all of that into consideration and we figured we would play it safe and have it early.
eta - I wound up never being on bedrest and delivered at 37w2d. But you just never know.

My shower was at 24 and 25 weeks ( I had 2). I was sooo glad I did because I still felt really good. Turns out I was put on bed rest at 27 weeks and had them at 30 weeks

my shower was supposed to be when I was 28 weeks, but we had canceled it because I was put on hospital bedrest at 24 weeks for the rest of the pregnancy. I ended up having the babies at 27 weeks anyway.

I had mine at 29 weeks but wanted to do it earlier. We wanted to do it at around 26 or 27 weeks but my SIL was having her wedding shower then. By the time my shower came, i was on bed rest, i had to sit in a chair with my feet up and not move and good thing we didn;t wait any longer. 3 weeks later at 32 weeks exactly  and  were born. say 30 weeks is definitely not too early for a shower if your expecting multiples.

I was 28 weeksish. I was on bedrest laying in a lounge chair!

Thanks ladies! I'm thinking maybe mid August will be safer. If I don't deliver until later thats great but I'm afraid of bedrest.

My shower was at 30 weeks. I had the girls at 36 weeks. My sister who had one baby we did her shower at 35 weeks.

My shower was at 31 weeks but I had them 5 days before it. But Im not a usual case either. I think normally 30 weeks would be fine.

I had mine at 27 weeks. People thought it was a little crazy but they got there and saw how huge and uncomfy I was already and then they understood. Even at 27 weeks I had to take a break while opening presents and had to sit down most of the time.
