We are Home Owners
Well we finally closed on our house on Thursday!   It was a long hard journey, but we made it! Just wanted to share with everyone what we had to deal with the day of closing! Here are some pictures and there are more in my House album. They didn't finished getting there junk (I mean their personal stuff) off our property until 9pm on Friday. They really took advantage of our kindness and took them all day Thursdy & Friday to move their stuff. From what our new neighbors tell us, they only started packing everything on Thursday morning! The stories we heard were unbelievable!  From loud parties, to cops being called, to drugs being done on my neighbors car, to drugs being sold out of the window like a drive up service to the husband fighting with teenagers, and the list goes on. Our new neighbors came out one by one and told us stories on Saturday and Sunday. They all thank us for buying the house and hope that we will bring new life to the house. Neighbors are meeting other neighbors for the first time in two years because no one wanted to talk with anyone because of these people we bought the house from. It was sad! The neighbors are so nice and we already went to a BBQ yesterday after doing yard work. It's overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. There are things we have to do that we didn't think we had to do. We might be redoing the kitchen now. Well here are some pictures the day of closing and over the weekend as we cleaned up the front yard.

Congratulations!! You sure had a lot of work and you sure did a GREAT job cleaning it up!
It looks gorgeous.

We think all the neighbors are in-love with us! LMAO!  They all offered us anything we needed to fix up the house, like tools. We are just happy that all the neighbors are nice!

We couldn't believe how much junk they had and that was mostly the outside junk. They really didn't have that much junk in the house. We just don't know how they lived there. I have to take more pics of close-ups for writing on the walls. It's unbelievable how some people live.

Thanks everyone! We had some help from my mom with the gardening. Thank god! I will post more pics of the inside of the house with before and after pics as we go.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your house looks like it will be great once you get the clean-up finished, and you did so much already!
I know you went through a hard time to get this house, so it must be even more exciting for you to finally have the house in your posession!
