weaning and transitioning to milk -very emotional

My DB is going ot be 11 months next weekend. I went back to work when she was 2 months old, been pumping since then. shes only had BM. i nurse her in the AM and before bed, and on weekends. however, my supply lately has been awful- only gettign 2-3 ounces a day. my freezer stash is down to abotu 20 ounces, she takes 12 ounces when i'm gone. so my choice is to start transitioning ot milk tomorrow or do formula for 2 weeks. i'm leaning towards milk. - what would you do?
although i am goign to be thrilled to stop pumping, i am extrmely emotional/crushed about weaning. i still hope to bf in the AM and before bed, but i dont know how long i will have milk for. DB actually refused ot nurse today, i think because of low supply (although when i offered a bottle, she only took 2 oucnes, so who knows).
anyhow, jsut looking for some cheering up about the weaning. really feelign very emoitional.

you should be proud that you were able to BF until your DD was almost on regular milk! I gicve you tons of credit!

I would go right to milk....good for you for bf'ing for this long
