Weight gain from 18 months - 2 years?
Does anyone remember how much weight your DC gained between 18 months and 24 months?

Weight gain from 18 months - 2 years?
DS is only 21 months, but I will tell you from 12-21, hope it helps!!
12 months - 24lb 2oz
15 months - 24lb 11oz
18 months - 27lb 11 oz
21 months - 28lb 2oz

From 12 months to 24 months she gained 3 ounces
She was in the 0-25% for weight

DS didn't gain a pound from 18-23 months. He was in the 5th percentile for weight at his 18 month appointment. We have the 2 yr appt next month but he's been on the scale daily since he plays on it when we are in the bathroom and it always says 23 pounds.

Not a lot.
I feel like she only gained a pound between those 2 visits.
She is a tiny one though.
And for the record, she is 25 months now and still fits in most 18 month clothing- most 2T stuff SWIMS on her.

24 months = 29 lbs 2 oz
34 months = 32 lbs 0 oz (current weight)
DS
19 months = 24 lbs 10 oz
24 months = 26 lbs 9 oz
36 months = 31 1/2 lbs

from 18 months to now she has gained nothing in weight but has grown 3 inches.

Less than a pound a month. she was 25.2 at 24 months.
