Weird and kinda gross question..

So, I just went to the bathroom at work-- and I am a put TP down on the seat kinda girl.

Anyway, everytime I go to the bathroom I inspect the TP after I wipe-- looking for blood cause I am paranoid.

I noticed that after I got up and all the TP was in the toilet already-- some looked like there was a little blood on it. The TP that I was sitting on.

I also noticed this happened one other time earlier today. The first time I assumed it was something else (GROSS)-- but now two times-- it might be me! I was in the stall, so I tried to check my back area-- but, couldn;t find anything. I am anxious to get home to check it out for real-- and see what's going on back there-- if anything.

It does not appear to be coming from either my vaj or butt-- so I can't figure it out. But, I am nervous now!

Maybe just a popped butt-pimple?? I know I'm getting pimples in ALL sorts of weird areas now. And I've never had acne issues in the past....sounds like it's time for DH to do a thorough inspection tonight.

as long as it's not coming from the vag, try not to worry too much!

It could be from the toilet itself or from another part of you.... the pimple theory is one possible source, but if you're constipated, it could also be the start of a hemroid

Weird that you post this as a similar thing happened to me last week. Was it almost like a speck of blood? Like what would appear from a cut on the finger?

That is what happened to me after I wiped and I was confused. As it didn't appear to be coming from any hole particular and was not heavy or recurring, I relaxed about it.

The only conclusion I made was that it was a nick from shaving. I had a OB appt the day prior and there was definitely some uh irritaiton from shaving the previous day. I think it was irritated skin. I was also wondering if it came from the uh back area and that could be possible as there is some irritation there as well.

Could any of these situations apply to you? Otherwise I wouldn't worry as long as there isn't a heavy amount of blood or a frequent occurance.

I am home now and both me and DH inspected my butt-- there is nothing there.

So, it was either something gross-- not from me... or, perhaps some dye or something on the TP. YUCK.

sometimes there is like something in the toilet paper that is discolored, like a little speck mabye it was just on the toilet paper and you didn't notice it until it was in the toilet

No idea what could be, sorry I am no help. But I also inspect the TP after I wipe, because I am also paranoid.... so you are not alone.
