Weird Redfin question
So let's say a house sold 5 years ago. On redfin, it says sold and the date. Then it says price change but this year. Example
May 2010 sold 400$
August 2015 price change 400k
What does that mean? It's not currently for sale if that means anything.

Weird Redfin question
i know that zillow has something called a z-estimate that gets updated. It lists the current price that they believe the house would sell for. Maybe that is what the price change would mean? Maybe that is what the house is worth right now

That's not typical. It was possible listed and then de-listed. But Redfin typically states that. If It says price change and it's the same as the sale date then it's probably just nothing.
