Weird stomach pain...nervous

Ugh...i ate a bad lunch..was CRAVING mac and cheese for the last few days...so i ended up getting auntie annes mac and cheese..except i ate the whole box...that was at noon..haven't had anything since..for the last 4 hours i get a fast shooting pain on my right side.it comes and then goes..really fast...I never experienced something like this...it happens every 20min-30 minutes.

Thank god i have my obgyn app't tomorrow..i don't think this is miscarriage related, but its making me think i have food poisoning or something like that which might hurt the baby..
Ugh.....
I want this to go away already.

If you think it is related to what you ate or food poisoning or something don't stress at all! I had c dif a really terrible gatro infection when I was pregnant. I couldn't eat for awhile and was fed iv food. I have a beautiful healthy almost 4 year old now. So you will not be harming the baby even if you are sick! I was hospitalized
Also after I ate a lot of Mac n cheeseoncr in my 2nd pregnancy I got awful shooting pains that I almost went to the hospital for. It was just gas or something. Guess large quantities of Mac n cheese don't sit well in the pregnant belly:)
Good luck. I'm sure everything is fine. How far along are you? Are you sure they aren't preterm contractions? If you ate something rig before I'm sure it's related to that. I definitely got some very painful gas in my pregnancies which seemed like something much worse because the pain was so bad. Good luck and feel better!
