Weird...last post wouldn't let me post my title. My first weight loss milestone!
I am 10 lbs down since seriously starting my low carb diet (I've been at it about 2 months) and I have lost all of the weight I gained while doing my dissertation. I gained the weight Jan/Feb 2010 and it's taken me this long to get it all off. I am sooo happy! Now going forward I'm actually making progress towards my final goal weight (a weight I have not been in adult life)!

Yes, I have been sacrificing sooo much good food lately. But seeing that number yesterday totally made it all worth it!
