What age did your DC start to walk ...
not take a few steps but really choose walking over crawling ?

13 1/2 months! She never really took steps before that, just went right to walking

She was 10m BUT she always had to hold my pointer finger. The week she turned 1 she let go and hasn't looked back

#2: at 10 months she could walk across rooms if I was there bribing her and there to catch her but she didn't get the courage to fully walk on her own without me waiting there for her untill 11 months.

I am going to mess up the curve here DS started walking right before he turned 16 months.
BUT he didn't take steps, he walked across the room and never stopped

She started taking steps at the start of her 13th month and was running by the end of that month.

DD#1 was cruising at 7.5 months and walking not holding on to anyone or anything on her own at 10.5 months. She was talking 2-3 steps on her own for about 3 weeks before she started walking across the room etc.

DS1 was full on walking at 11 months. DS2 is 14 months now and will walk assisted, along walls or holding a hand, and will take a few steps on his own but still prefers to crawl.
