to see the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Centre?

I actually want to go this year - DS will be 18 months.
I figured we would do the tree, FAO Scwartz and then end it with a frozen hot chocolate from Serendipity! YUM!

We're considering taking DD on her first b-day (one month from yesterday). If not that exact day, then certainly within a week or so

I did last year when DD was 1 year old. But I live in the city so it was easy for me.
She didn't really care for the tree, but she loved the guy dressed as Elmo taking tips for pics with him.

PSA: Don't plan on bringing a stroller in Serendipity! You can leave it outside at your own risk (maybe bring a bike lock just in case?). They won't allow you to bring it in, even if it's folded up.

Alexis will be 6 months in Dec and we're taking her.
I used to work in Rock Center before DD was born so we'll make a full day out of it visiting co-workers/friends, etc...

every year we do Mars 2112, then FAO, then the tree and ALWAYS Serendipity :)
its our tradition, im gonna still do it this year, even though ill be about 36 weeks by the time the tree is lit lol

We wanted to take her last year at 11 months but never got around to it. It is our holiday tradition to go every year. I would love to this year and take her to Macy's to see Santa.

I think we are going to go this year---but my parents live in the city so it is a bit easier for me to get around with him with help.
Oh, he will be almost 20 months old.
Oh and I thought Serendipity closed?

We took her when she was 6 months old, but of course she has no clue. We go every year for a lunch with ILs at The Sea Grill, so she'll get to see it every year. Not sure what age it will actually mean something to her

I took DD last year she was 13 months old.
this year we are taking both girls, DD will be almost 2 and baby 2 months.
