What are good meals to freeze?
Baby #2 is coming in march and I want to make meals ahead and freeze them. I know stuff like ziti and sauce freeze well, but any other suggestions? Any meats?

I freeze all kinds of meals in my foodsaver. Meatloaf, pulled pork, bolognese sauce, beef stew, chicken chili, chicken fried rice. I'm always looking out for new ideas. On weekends, I like to throw an extra meal in the crockpot when I can.

We love eggplant parm.
For meat though, Meatsauces freeze well over pasta, chicken parm would probably freeze well since the eggplant is always so delicious. I have also done sausage bakes and DH has said he liked those. Certain Chilis freeze well.

my mom and grandma did this for me before DD was born - I am going back to work at the end of Feb and am going to do it again!
we froze:
meatballs & sauce
fried chix cutlets
eggplant parm
stuffed shells
meatloaf
sausage & peppers
chili
chicken soup
