What are signs of ear infection w/ 6 month old?
DD is holding her left ear..cranky...giving Tylenol but not sure if ear infection or teething...she will go to dr. tomorrow regardless..

I just went though this with DS. he is 5 months old. He was pulling on his left ear for 2 days and was cranky and irritable. He also had a fever of 100.9. I took him to the dr. and he had no ear infection. It was teething..If he starts to do it again, I will still take him to the dr....

He is good now. It is so hard when they are this age. They can't tell you anything. Teething and ear infections can have the same symptoms. I would take her to the Dr. just to be safe. Hope she feels better soon...
