What are some good meals that freeze well?

DH is away with my boys for the next couple of days. I really wanted to try and get ahead of the game while they're gone and make some meals that I can freeze.

What freezes well besides the usual ziti, lasagna, mealoaf...??

eggplant parm is my favorite.

chicken/turkey soups.

chilis.

and I never froze this but I know people who do: sausage and peppers.

I love eggplant parm as well.. curries freeze well, i make meatballs in bulk and portion them into ziplock bags and freeze them..

i recently cooked and froze (im lying i recently took it out of the freezer to feed dh) cajun pulled pork.
i dont eat prok, but he said it was great. for myself, i make & freeze turkey burgers, chicken meatballs, eggplant...
i also freeze soups and stews.

forgot to mention that i make & freeze brown rice, pancakes, muffins. everything i have ever tasted out of my freezer (after being thawed out) has tasted fresh.

Reynold's Wrap's recipes has some good recipes that freeze well - and they are cooked in packets.
