What are you doing for New Yrs? Anyone going out to party?
I gave DH the green light to go out without me but he said his idea of fun is not to go party. He is going to stay home and be boring with me. We will have a party of 2.5 (.5 is the baby) at our house.

DH and I are going to dinner and a movie with another couple, but then we're coming home early to celebrate alone and drink sparkling grape juice.

We HATE NYE! My days of getting hammered and going out have been over for a long time. We may go to dinner. But most likey order in and stay in the comfort of my couch. My brother may come by and spend the night. We have freinds from NY visiting family here so they may pop over too.

We were going to stay in and order in-- but decided to just grab a casual dinner at a place within 5 mins walking distance from our apartment.
I am 4 weeks away from my DD, and don't have too much energy at night-- and I refuse to drive/be on the roads at all on NYE. BUT, I felt like we should take every opportunity we have to go out and have dinner-- since the opportunities will be few and far between VERY soon!

We are going out to a party at my friends house. I want to live it up. This is our last new years as a couple without children. I doubt we will be partying much in the next few years!

I can't remember the last time I was up past midnight. I'll probably doze off by 10pm.

We always spend NYE with two other couples by going out to dinner in the city then back to one of the couples apartment for dessert and to ring in the New Year.
However, this year we are not doing that. We're going to a nice steakhouse near us that we've been wanting to try, that supposed to be one of the best in the area. Then home to ring in the New Year if I can stay awake till midnight that is!

We are going over to a friends house for dinner with another couple and then out in New Paltz where we live. The couple that is hosting are pregnant too so I will have company with my seltzer and cranberry.

We drive down to Virginia every year to spend it with some family. We rented a minivan - it's me, DH, mom, dad, brother, and brother's girlfriend driving down tomorrow. I can't wait!!!!

Just an early dinner if anything. We're not NYE fans in general and considering I'm usually passed out by 10ish anyway, an early dinner will be plenty.

Well every year we throw a very big bash...but this year...NOT HAPPENING!!! DH's brother is throwing the party instead as well as DH's best friend who lives across the street from us!!! So if I am not in the hospital (as NYE will be 5 days past Due Date!!!! ) We might stop by both places...totally have to see how I feel

our days of goig out getting hammered and getting home by the grace of God are over!  We are usually low keyish on NYE but we are going to eat and then to a friend of ours house(as long as I get rid of this virus)..going to just be 2-3 couples...very low key....very calm.....and lots of food!! a pregnant girls dream!

We are going to a party at our friends' house. It will be very low key. One other couple is also pregnant and another couple is trying. We'll probably drink sparkling apple cider and play guitar hero. Then everyone will go home after the ball drops!

We're gonna go to a movie and then make some appetizers at home and watch the New Years celebration from our couch. I'm perfectly content with doing this by the way.

I HATE NYE. I think it is just an excuse to drink. IMO.
We will be staying home. We have a 2 1/2 yr old too so staying home is the best option for us.
