What are your DC current favorite foods?
Currently Lucas loves homemade maccaroni and cheese (with tiny pasta) that I throw some spinich into for the veggie aspect.
How about your DC?
I'm also looking for ideas for new things to try and get DS to eat!

matthew's 3 staples have always been peas, bananas and yobaby.
so that doesn't really help your quest for finger foods.
But, maybe this will help. Matthew loves chicken nuggest. I buy the baked purdue ones. They're so easy! I also bought veggie nuggets and spinach nuggets so when I give him chicken nuggets i also mix in the veggie ones. Truth be told though I really don't need to trick matthew because he'll eat mostly anything I give him. The trick is that I have to give him the veggie before the chicken because otherwise he goes right for the chicken.
Other easy foods are raviolis and pierogies. Sweet potato french fries. Fruit cups.

right now DD is obcessed with strawberries, cereal bars, and macaroni and cheese. I am trying to get her to get more veggies, but I still have to puree them and hide them under fruit to get her to eat it.
I am going to trader joes today for some inspiration for her!

For breakfast...it's pancakes. I just buy the frozen mini ones and she eats about 8 of them for breakfast 
Her favorite lunch is tuna pasta that I make. Just make tuna with mayo and I add in cooked pasta a little salt/pepper and she loves it!
Oh...and cheese 
For dinner...she eats whatever we eat, but she loves her corn!

Jeremy LOVES these spinah quiche muffins! I break them up into small pieces and it gets a lot of veggies into him

I think my DD is choosing to be vegetarian...which is interesting because DH and I are soooo not vegetarians.
Right now her favorites are avocado, zucchini, cucumber, corn, peas, pear & apple. Forget meat---that's out the window!

That's so funny, because most parents are usually talking about what they can do to force their DC to eat veggies! I guess you can consider yourself lucky you don't have to fight that battle!!!

In many ways you are right! I just wish the kid would eat a bite of chicken!!! I guess you always wish for what you don't have.

I swear she is a vegetarian. She love all veggies and fruit over meat even though she will eat it.
She loves in this order:
broccoli
grapes
apples
peaches
pizza
