I don't really follow but I like "Laura in the Kitchen" - Laura Vitale. I made her stuffed mushrooms and it was delicious.

I don't use youtube for cooking but DH is obsessed with The Protein Chef.
He's a young, in shape dude, who likes to take recipes, and make them healthy and full of protein.
DH makes these banana protein pancakes that are great from there and also this "cookie dough" like dessert that is actually made from chick peas but you would NEVER know it.
