I don't know how old your son is.. but I use Cetaphil on the recommendation of their pediatrician. It's very gentle.
same here, Cetaphil as recommended by a pediatric dermatologist (who is also a family friend)
Cetaphil here as well
My doc also recommended Cetaphil, and we have used Aveeno bath.
Our dermatologist also said Cetaphil!

Also-I was going to say that he propbably has karatosis pilaris if its all over his bosy. baby acne is usually on the face. My son has this and it is finally going away after heavy duty moisturizing. Basically2-3 times a day we moiturize. We always put on Ceravae after a bath

Re: what bath soap/shampoo do you use if DC has sensitive skin?
I've used J&J, Aveeno, Dove and Cetaphil. My preferance is cetaphil for the head and face and dove for the body.

What is that? His bumps arent red on his body. On his face and neck they're red (like acne) but on his body you cant even really SEE the bumps, you cna just feel them everywhere. His skin on his legs and arms are super bumpy and rough. Actually, now that I feel it, his face is ike that too on his cheeks and chin.
