I just posted this same thing not too long ago...
We are using the Aquaphor Shampoo and Wash and it has been really really great! DD's skin has been so much softer and her hair seems so much more hydrated than before.
We were using J&J then switched to Burt's Bee's but we were still have issues with both of these.
Based on several women's recommendation on this board we are alternating between using CeraVe Lotion some nights and regular Aquaphor on other nights.
DD's skin is so nice and supple and I think she's a lot happier now that she's not so dry and itchy all the time.

I saw this list and thought I'll share, I was surprised by some of the ratings! I've used Burt's Bee but am not a big fan of the honey smell for a boy so will switch to Babyganics....

Mustela Bebe Baby Shampoo- 7
Mustela Foam for Newborns - 7 - (that's just a hot mess... fragrance and parabens galore)
