What can I make today for Thanksgiving dessert?
On my list:
--Cheesecake --Pecan pie --French apple tart --Triple chocolate cookies dipped in chocolate ganache --Oreo truffles --Chocolate chip cookie pie --Pignoli cookies --Fugge brownie tassies
Which of those can I make today for Thursday?
I know I can't make the french apple tart today.
I know the triple chocolate cookies can be made today...
what about the rest?
Any help ASAP would be awesome! I've gotta get a move on this

TIA
I'm using Bakerella's recipe for chocolate chip cookie pie.
Oreo truffles:
1 package oreos (not double-stuffed) 1 package cream cheese (Philadelphia, full-fat, 8 oz) chocolate for melting sprinkles (optional) vegetable shortening (crisco)
Crush 1 package of oreos (you can use mini-prep, food processor, or just put them into a ziploc and crush with a rolling pin). Mix with package of cream cheese (let sit at room temp so it's soft... then you can use food processor or just mix by hand or with hand-mixer). Roll into balls (I measured out a tablespoon and then rolled them into balls).... place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Put in fridge for 1 hour (at least - can be more). Once they are almost hard.... heat chocolate in double boiler (you can set a glass bowl over a pan of simmering/boiling water). If it's looking too thick, put in some shortening. Do it by the spoonful until it reaches a good consistency. Put 1 ball at a time into the chocolate and roll it around with a fork. Use the fork to take the truffle out and let the chocolate drip through the prongs of the fork. Place them onto a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper and let them dry for a minute or two (I would dip about 5).... then roll them in a bowl of sprinkles and set aside (also on parchment paper covered baking sheet) to set. Voila!
They are so easy!
You don't HAVE to roll them in sprinkles... but they usually don't come out very "round" looking otherwise... so that's why I put them in the sprinkles.
