What day do you Weigh?
Hey everyone what day do you get weighed in? (either at home or the weight loss center)
I currently am doing Monday nights, and don't think I am going to be able to continue that time.. So what works for you?

I originally did Wed afternoons but since I moved I now do Fri. mornings. I always stayed away from Mondays because if I was going to have bad days it was usually on the weekends

I go Saturday mornings for the 11 am meeting. I usually get there by 10:45 am.

I weigh in on Monday morning only because ww online defaulted that as my weigh in day and I never changed it.
I think I should change it to Friday because I'm more disciplined during the week and I save all my weekly points for the weekend.

I weigh in on Friday evenings. This allows me a little cheat room for the weekend, and time to get back on track all through the next week.

I decided to swap my days to fridays!
So I can not weigh today because, I have already done so on this past monday.
I need to wait a week... till Friday the 30th in order to switch days! Ohhhh boy this is going to be a tough wait!

Friday mornings. This way I get a little wiggle room over the weekend and am really good during the week. I will admit though that I am thinking about switching to Mondays as my weight loss has slowed down. Although I am not terrible on the weekends it will force me to be better. I don't think I am quite ready to make that jump though even know I really think it would help.

I go Friday afternoon during my lunch hour. If I have a meeting or I am out of the office on that day, I will go Saturday or Sunday morning.

I am going to go to my meeting tonight and not get weighed that way I can move my weigh in date to friday.
