What do braxton hicks contractions feel like?
I've recently been feeling a different kind of pain in my middle that lasts about 30 seconds. It almost feels like a cramp but not really. My whole stomach churns and hurts and then stops. I'm wondering if this is a braxton hicks contraction.

My belly tightens up for a few seconds and then releases. Your belly should feel rock hard and then go back to normal. I also get alot of pressure, but it doesn't hurt.

Sounds like it. Its a cramp-like feeling that releases after a few seconds.

my entire abdominal area would get hard as a rock for a few minutes... then finally relax....ahhh. They usually don't last too long...

Sounds like it could be... Really the best word to describe it is a tightening. But sometimes there's pressure, cramping and mild pain when they get really bad.

For me I feel my stomach harden up like a baseball and then I get about 20-30 seconds worth of pressure low down. They aren't painful but you definately know they are happening and every once in awhile the "hardening" feeiing does make me very uncomfortable.

I get that feeling as well. Hmmmmm maybe my cramping feeling is a different kind of pain. I have so many aches and pains that it's hard to keep track.
 I can totally relate! For me I went from just nausea and dizziness to feeling SO uncomfortable. I've developed the "waddle" which I cannot stand...my feet are starting to swell, I could eat any man under the table in any food eatin contest and my favorite is my HUGE chest growth!....People pay to have big boobs and these things are killing me!!!I would pay to reduce them rightnow
