What do Braxton Hicks feel like?
I sometimes get an uncomfortable tightness in my stomach down, is that it? Just wondering so I know if I get them what I'm experiencing!
Thanks!

Re: What do Braxton Hicks feel like?
Depends. Sometimes I get cramps for a few minutes just like AF but it goes away within 2 minutes. But, other times my belly just gets really really hard for 30 seconds to 2 minutes and then goes away. Everyone's BH contractions are different.

Re: What do Braxton Hicks feel like?
I imagine they are like when you have an "o" and the uterus contracts? That's what I am picturing. Hopefully someone can explain.
I occasionally get bad charlie horse type spasms in my muscles, which I think are round ligament pains....hope I am not wrong!

With mine, my stomach gets as hard as a rock straight across my belly. You can actually see the belly move out when it happens, kinda freaky

Me too! Same thing. Rock hard for a minute or two then my belly goes back to "normal".

Re: What do Braxton Hicks feel like?
When I get them, it feels like cramping and muscle tightness with pressure that goes away after a minute or two.
