Sometimes I call them Thing 1 and Thing 2.
Wacky Jackie, Jackie Lou (Louise is her middle name)
Maggie McGee or just 'Gin (with a hard "g" sound) because that's what Wacky Jackie calls her.

I tend to call people by their full names (unless introduced otherwise). My name is Cassandra & growing up people always tried to cut it short, calling me Cass, Cassie, CJ and I'd always correct them. Cassandra is my name so don't try to make up a new one for me. lol. I'm the same way where it concerns DD & any other children who come along. In fact when coming up with a name for her I specifically tried to think of one that nobody COULD cut short.  That doesn't mean I don't have silly nicknames for her, but that probably won't continue much further than her preschool years. lol.
This is how my mom was when I was little. People would call me Jill and she would say "If I wanted her to be called Jill I would've named her that. Her name is Jillian." I'll give you one guess what she calls me now 
that's funny
This is how I am with my DD Elizabeth. I was never in love with the name but she was named after my MIL whom I never met.
I'm not crazy about the nickname Liz for a toddler although Lizzie is growing one me. I really dislike Beth or Liza so we are sticking with Elizabeth until she's old enough and wants a nickname.

My older daughter's Nama in Emma and we usually call her Em.
My younger daughter's name in Isabella. We very rarely call her that...it's almost always Bella or Bell!
