What do you consider a successful week
Is it a certain number of lbs lost, inches, workouts, sticking to your diet...what is a successful week as far as fitness/dieting is concerned?

It really depends on the week for me. If I am having a very stressful week, I might feel successful just writing down everything I eat, even if it more than I should be eating. So, in that case I am glad I am mindful of what I am doing. On a low stress week, success is probably measured in pounds lost and # of times I made it to the gym.
Then, there is a whole mix and match of combinations in between.

I know I sound like an underachiever, but as long as I don't gain I think it is a success. If I lose anything that week it is a bonus.

Right now, success for me is not overeating and exercising a couple of times a week. I've been 'successful' so far since Jan 2!
