What do you drink if you dont like water?
I honestly hate water....but I know I shouldnt drink soda or iced tea etc. What do you ladies drink that is safe?

I've been LIVING off this 4C decaf iced tea mix I found! I LOVE iced tea and I was so excited when I found a decaf mix. I make it by the pitcher and drink it every day!

I've been LIVING off this 4C decaf iced tea mix I found! I LOVE iced tea and I was so excited when I found a decaf mix. I make it by the pitcher and drink it every day!
I love this too!!! but I cut it in half. This was rec'd by my MW
I also squeeze lemon or lime juice into cold cold water.
milk - between 2 growing boys, DH and me, we go through a gallon of milk a day!!!

Lemonade with a lot of ice or ginger ale was all I really liked to drink when I was pregnant..

So is there a limit as to how much ginger ale I can drink? I love it because its caffeine free and helps with my MS but is it bad if I drink too much of it? Like a substitution for water?

Yes, but I'm not a huge fan of sweet iced tea anyway, so I cut it when not pregnant as well.

Hi, hon!!! Oh, I'm sorry, I can't have Nutra Sweet or Sweet and Low, and SPLENDA has not caused any UTI issues for me. Is it an unhealthy sweetner? Mary

I do the same! I LOVE the Decaf 4C Iced tea, but it's a little too sweet for me if I use as much powder as they recommend.
I have a hard time drinking water too, so I'm always adding stuff to it - 4C, a splash of orange juice or cranberry juice, stuff like that.

Nope. Drink away! My first trimester I had no appetite and I used to drink a ton of ginger ale. That's how I got like half my calories for the day. 
Someone else suggested Crystal Lite - I'd stay away from that because of the artificial sweeteners.

I would watch the amount of soda because of the added calories. If You aren't eating much cause of ms its not bad now but when your appetite comes back you are not going to want the extra calories. I would stick with seltzer.

I've mostly been drinking juice or soda but I'm hating the extra calories. I'm normally not a fan of seltzer but I think I'm going to try it. I just wish I could drink water without feeling sick

Seltzer, milk, OJ or cranberry juice cut with water.
On occasion I drink Ginger Ale and Sprite, but I try to stay away.
I have to find the decaf Iced tea!
Im trying to stay away from drinks with Aspertame (sp?) in them, such as the Crystal Lite drinks

I hate hate water as well. I live on v8 splash as it tastes like fruit juice and has servings of fruit. I usually water it down cause it can be sweet with half water half v8 and that also helps limit the calorie intake. I figure if its half and half at least getting some water in me!

anyone try TRU LEMON/ORANGE/LIME
its by the artificial sweetners.. it's 100% pure crystalized lemon, orange or lime... soooooo yummy, i usually have a pitcher in the fridge all ready to go...
i also like minute maid cherry limeade.. i put maybe 1/4 cup in a hug water bottle, gives it little flavor...100% natural too, lots of sugar but thats whyi only use very little to give it a flavor

I actually drink water but add other drinks to it, like water and icetea, or water and lemonaid, I love seltzer and cranberry but seltzer gives me so much gas lol
