boss who really cares and really encourages Professional Development
Lots of events...free lunches
short commute from home
great medical benefits
really nice perks...ie. summer Fridays off, holidays off, snow days, short summer hours
not very demanding
nice community of people
50 cent coffe/tea machine

Living 5 minutes from my job
No one watching over me
great benefits
a generous pension (15% of salary yearly, totally employer funded - vested 100% after 3 years)

1. Flexibility. Mostly a 9-5 job, plus we often take extended lunches
2. My own large office
3. Great Vacation time
4. Great Benefits in general (Health, flex spend, paid education etc)
5. Unlimited sick days
6. Expense accounts (nice lunches etc)
7. Good people
8. Lots of discounts!

-Working with my Dad
-The small business atmosphere
-My co-workers are all construction workers and they are some of the nicest most genuine people I have ever met
-Can take vacations/ days off whenever I want (within reason)
-The hours (9-4) and working 10 min from my house

Hum, well lets see I am responsible for DH's money. I work when I want. I get to sleep with the boss and he's pretty hot.

1. Honestly seeing a child finally have a lightbulb moment because you taught something and they finally understand it....teachers you know the "oooooooooh thats how you do it" moments
2. Seeing a child progress on through the grades
3. Having a former student hug you and say they miss you
4. The many vacations we have

I finally work in a "woman friendly" office
The people I work with are confident and secure... no one has to cut you down to make themselves feel better.

Hours, I am in at 7 & home by 3
Short commute, only 3 miles from home
Dress code is business casual but you could wear jeans & no one would say a thing
My boss is great to work for. Very understanding
Flexibility of time off. No questions asked
Great money

1) I wear jeans all the time- even when going to client meetings.
2) it's a small company- all women- no need to deal with men and their idiotic way of thinking.
3) it's flexible- we work hard but if something comes up and I need to bring my daughter, I can
4) it's creative- i problem solve and make my clients happy!
5) it's commission based- I like seeing big checks a s a result of my hard work.
6) i can bring my dogs if I want to
7) we listen to classic rock all day long
8) the products I create i featured in magazines and I oftentimes see them being used on the street
9) I get to go to the big hong kong trade show this year!
