I went in the afternoon before..Jan.14,2007. It was cold, but sunny.
After being in labor for 30 hours, DS was born on M.L,King Day at 3:55PM, via C Section.
I have no idea what the weather was that day. We did save Newsday. Im sure the cover has to do with MLK.

I was in the hospital at 8 pm the night before for my induction. I was in the twin delivery room for almost 24 hours before I went to the maternity ward.

I saw nothing of the outside world that day but it was an unusually warm and sunny day for the end of March, then it got very cold and damp.

I'd like to think my mom's spirit of love warmed the Earth that day for the arrival of her grandchildren

5/7/07 It was a nice day out. At 10:00 i had an internal.

At 10:30 I was home raking the leaves in my backyard. We have a hill and I was going up and down like a million times. I knew i was in labor and I was trying to bring it on.

At 12: 00 noon drove up to my job to say hello and tell them I was in early labor.
At 2:00 I went to my friends house b/c she has hills in her neighborhood so we walked for about 45 mins.

At 3:30 I called Dh and told him to come early from work and to bring home some chocolate fudge cake. Yum!


Yeah well.....a few hours later I was at the hospital having a baby!

The weather was incredible for winter.
Headline: The African American young man (forgot his name) that got shot by the cops the nite of his bachelor party. I remember turning the TV on and Al Sharpton was getting involved. I just had a baby and every channel was this story.

10/31/96............I hjad alreay been in hard labor for 2 days already with NO DRUGS AT ALL.......(not by choice) it was Halloween I just was delirious by this point so when dd finally came after 60+ hours of pain I just saw her and she was blowing bubbles so thats what i said baby blow bubbles

10/13/01..........I was 10 days late so I was being induced I remember DH wanting to change the channel on the remote and again NO FREAKING DRUGS
I remember dhs sister coming in just to say hi and then I just told her to get DH but didnt say why then within 45 minutes she was born.....she didnt cry right away and she was white as a ghost (the chord was around her neck) she is ok

12/28/06.........induced again because I was a week late. I remember DH and de hanauer talking about food and dh kept eating
dh cut DDs chord I remember being instantly in love with her and felt our family iwas complete right at that moment

3/26/99 ???? I think it was cold labor started at 3am rushed to the hospital at 7am ( only 32 Weeks PG didn't really pay attention to my surroundings)

9/11/07 It was sunny and mild Was running around doing errens that afternoon - didn't see the news

5/8/07-
I remember in the morning getting ready at 5:00am saying i can't belive i'm going to be a mommy so happy and excited i could not wait to get to the hosiptal.
My doctor even said to me wow u are all Smiles.

It was a nice day out like in the 70s sunny.

When i was pushing i keep on saying to myself wonder who she is going to look like what color hair. I can't wait to meet her.

Such a wonderful day and i will never forget it.

I have no clue at all. Maybe Gottaluvmusic can tell me b/c her DD was born the same day.

I was admitted to the hopital on 4/25/07 and was in the room alllllll day on the 26th.

BUT April 26th seems to be a big day for us. April 26th 2004 I started my horrible last job, April 26th 2006, we brought Maggie girl home and April 26th, 2007 we had DS

6/20/07 - I was a scheduled c so we had to be at the hospital at 6AM. It was still dark out when I got up and I remember leaving the house and DH and I talking about how it would be just "us". The next time we walked through the front door together, it would be with our new son. It was kind of chilly out that morning but the forecast said it was going to be sunny out later that day. I also remember hearing on the news that Julia Roberts had her baby that day.

The day we brought DS home, 2 days later, it was a gorgeous June day with puffy clouds and a beautiful breeze.

DD was born on September 11, 2007. The only thing that seemed to be going on that day was 9/11 tributes...at least that is all I could find on tv while waiting for the cervadil to take effect.
