What do you use to freeze your breastmilk?

Do you prefer the medela bags or those tubes which don't hold as much milk?

Which is easier to defrost and transfer to the bottles? Are the bags easy to transfer?

I use the Medela storage bags. I really like them.

I haven't defrosted any of the BM just yet. But I have put BM in the fridge and poured into the bottles and it was super easy.
