Mostly water but I also drink coffee or a diet soda on most days also. My doc said caffiene in moderation is fine.

Mostly water but I also have orange juice, ginger ale, grape juice, milk and when I had a cold I had a few decaf teas and a hot chocolate.
I also have the occasional prune juice ( ).

Most days I drink lemon tea in the AM and water the rest of the day.
Every once in a while I will drink diet sprite, flavored seltzer, or some sort of smoothie juice.

Water and juices mostly.
I do still drink diet caffeine free soda- just MUCH less than I used to.

I'm a caffeine soda addict. I'm drinking lots of crystal light and occassionally a few cups of water

when i get to work - coffee or tea
throughout the day - water
with dinner - gingerale
after dinner - water
