What filling did you have for your 1st birthday cake?
I keep going back and forth with chocolate mousse and cannoli filling. Maybe if I see a majority of one particular flavor here I'll get that. I'm inviting 50 people and just want something safe that everyone will like. I know some people can't stand the taste of canolli especially the little kiddies. Just need ideas. I'm going to have yellow cake if that helps.

vanilla cake and the filling was half choc pudding and half vanilla
It was sooo good. My mouth is watering thinking about it
