We still have a freezer full
White hots are like a mix between hot dogs and sausage, but there are no dyes...so they look white

pasta sauce...all the herbs and seasonings really meld together and it's awesome.
(obviously I am talking about real sauce not jar sauce)

Chinese, hands down I also like pizza that has been reheated in the oven, it gets nice and crisp!

Italian Sauce is sooo good once the flavors have a chance to get married.
I also am a fan of 2nd day soup. In fact – when I make soup I will often stick in the fridge overnight instead of eating it the first day. The next day I skim the fat off the top and reheat. DELICIOUS!
