What helps you sleep?
I run on very little sleep bc I am constantly adjusting positions, ligament pains start shooting, plus I have to pee every hour. How are you all getting sleep these days? My immune system reacts to my sleep patterns and I really don't want to catch what's going around now. I have the boppy wedge pillow and it sucks!! The one I had in '06 was perfect and soft while this pillow is hard and turns my side numb. Any recs?

What helps you sleep?
A body pillow and Pepsid!
I'm actually sleeping better now at 27 weeks than I had been in the last month or two so I think the exhaustion is just catching up with me. I actually find that my hips are hurting less though. I always sleep with a big puffy body pillow wrapped around me. I curl the top under my head to prop me up a but and keep the heartburn at bay and then cuddle the rest up along my body. When I need to turn over I leave it along my back to prop me up a bit which helps.

What helps you sleep?
Nothing. I have the body pillow and that helps, but I still get up twice a night to pee.

What helps you sleep?
I put a pillow between my legs (not always, just on the bad days).
Also, I find that if I don't drink anything after 8pm, I can sleep the entire night without waking up to pee.

Re: What helps you sleep?
Nothing has helped. I can't lay in bed even with the body pillow, it kills my hips. So I'm on the couch recliner every night. I'm up to pee a lot and constantly changing positions.

The snoogle is amazing. I don't know how I would sleep without it. Hope it helps you rest!

Re: What helps you sleep?
My husband just went to buy it. He can't stand my moaning in pain anymore lol. It's gotten so much worse this last week once I hit 22 weeks. I'm grateful to be pregnant but my body is not used to the weight in my midsection and it's putting so much pressure on my back :/

What helps you sleep?
A Tempurpedic mattress and an air conditioner that blows so cold that icicles form on your nose. Sateen pillow case because my face is on fire and a washcloth to catch the drool... it's disgusting
