What is dh's favorite meal that you make?
I made Paula Deen's Bacon Cheeseburger meatloaf and dh called his fam and told them! It was amazing he said.

Anything I make him with sauce. If I put sauce on it he will love it. I make a mean sauce.

I saw the episode where Paula Deen makes that meatloaf and have been wanting to try it..I will definitely give it a whirl since your DH gave it rave reviews!

I rarely cook because by the time I get home from work it's usually around 8pm. But when I do, DH loves whatever I make.
ETA: I am going to give that Meatloaf recipe a try now that I am home on mat leave. Thanks for sharing!

He loves my risotto - say's it taste JUST like my mom's - which is HUGE cause he thinks my mom's cooking is amazing  Any dish of mom's that I've tried to replicate has always been followed with a "it's good...but NOT like your moms"
My meatloaf, potroast, roasted sweetpotatoes and rice patties are also on his request list durning the week.

His favorite is Roasted Chicken with rice and gravy. He likes when I make sausage stuffing and a big green salad.
He also is a fan of grilled steak with baked potatoes. broccoli with Olive Oil and garlic and a nice tomato mint salad.
And he gets pretty stoked if I decide to make him chicken fried rice.

I am lucky, my DH loves just about everything I make.
Some of his favorites are my:
linguini and clam sauce
meatballs
eggplant parm (the famous labor inducing recipe)
pot roast
anything spicy!

there are several dishes he really likes...
'Indian' (I follow the tradition of several curries... usually a chicken/coconut curry, a pepper/paneer/raisin/cashew curry, saag paneer (spinach/paneer curry), grated cauliflower with peas and spices... we eat it with nan)
jamaican chicken curry (I toast my own spices and make my own curry powder) with rice with beans
sausages (either kilbasa or wieswurst)with potatoes fried with onions and bacon
my veggie/meat lasagne (with meatloaf mix for the meat, lots of spinach, fried eggplant, mushrooms, and homemade suace)

Chicken cordon bleu, chicken parm w/my sauce (I too make a good sauce)
Filet mignon w/fried onions, fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil drizzled w/a balsamic vinagrette, asparagus w/evoo & parmesan cheese.
