What is okay to eat with bad heartburn
I have such bad heartburn since last night...I ate breakfast today, but now I'm starving, but I'm imagining eating and it burning and feeling gross
Is there anything that will settle and not burn me so bad?

I have been having some bad heartburn. Nothing really helps but cards. I just eat whatever I want and take Tums. I stay away from anything acidy.

for me usually lightly toasted bread, with a tiny bit of butter or a corn muffin. Anything carbs

I'm guessing thats carbs right?
I'm thinking maybe some dry carbs...I had ravioli last night, maybe the sauce killed me

Tomato sauce will kill your heartburn. For me unfortunately it doesn't matter what I eat - EVERYTHING bothers my heartburn.
