my doc never gave me a do and dont list of eating and i never asked .. my friends doc said everything to eat was fine just dont sit there and eat a whole salami. i eat cold cuts at least once or twice a week and only from places i know
My doc is the same. I never got a list, never was told what not to do or eat. When I ask about something specific he says- moderation. And that is what I follow. I have not denied myself anything- except maybe a nice big full sized strong azz drink that I can drink completely down!
yup i'm waiting on that drink till right after hes born!! lol

My OB told me if it is from a reputable place you are fine. A friend of mine had turkey everyday her entire pregnancy. Her son is now 6 and fine.

One of the girls I work with ate cold cuts each and everyday with both of her pregnancies. I'm paranoid and haven't had any, but am looking forward to a nice Italian sub after the baby is born!
