what is the shelf life of milk?
in a bottle not heated up? I would let DS drink formula for up to two hours after I made it, but what about milk?

Well, I think this will help with your question.
DD gets 2 cups of milk a day. From the first cup, she finishes all but a little bit on the bottom usually...I stick the same cup in the fridge with the remaining milk, then just add new milk when she's ready for her 2nd cupfull of the day. It's usually a good 7 hours or so in between.
However, when the milk cup is out, I make sure to get it back in the fridge no more than an hour after I take it out.
