YFyny (which is like a softish cheddar with beer and mustard seeds in it)
Stilton
Stilton w/apricots
Caerphilly
Lancashire
All with a nice chutney or pickle...can't wait for this christmas to eat nice cheeses, last christmas I was pregnant and it was terrible watching everyone else eat my cheese!!

I love smoked gouda, sharp Irish cheddar, goat cheese, high-quality parmesan, and fresh mozzarella. In summer, I live on fresh tomato, mozzarella, and basil sandwiches on crusty Italian or French bread. Mmmmmmmm....

There is a cheese store by me (in queens) that carries a whole milk herb cheese that is out of this world. That said, my DH and I have a cheese addiction and must pay the rent on this store. My favs include brie and fresh moz as well.

I personally LOVE cheese and I love muenster cheese!!! I am eating a piece right now!

If you're talking about the one on Austin Street, I LOVE that place! My all time favorites - and I highly recommend you guys try these - are:
Aged Prima Donna (similar to Parmgiano Reggiano)
&
Pierre Robert (a sweet triple cream cheese that melts in your mouth - better than brie IMO!)
