Brie and Manchego are two of my favorites. I don't think there is an Italian cheese I would turn down either!

There is a cheese store by me (in queens) that carries a whole milk herb cheese that is out of this world. That said, my DH and I have a cheese addiction and must pay the rent on this store. My favs include brie and fresh moz as well.
If you're talking about the one on Austin Street, I LOVE that place! My all time favorites - and I highly recommend you guys try these - are:
Aged Prima Donna (similar to Parmgiano Reggiano)
&
Pierre Robert (a sweet triple cream cheese that melts in your mouth - better than brie IMO!)
You got it - Cheeses of the World on Austin street. Hubby and I are there min of once a week! We have had and LOVE the Pierre Robert....its awesome! I will make sure to try the Aged Prima Donna next time I am there. FYI if you like roasted pepper they are awesome there! We get a ball of Mozzeralla and some Roasted Peppers and YUM YUM YUM is all I can say. I want some NOW!

That place rocks - we're there all the time too! I will definitely have to get the roasted peppers & fresh mozzarella! Also, if you like the Pierre Robert, try the Explorateur. Also delicious!
