Re: What is your plan for shedding the baby weight?

I plan to be really conscious about what I am putting in my body in terms of food, and drinking as much water as I can tolerate. I will be breastfeeding so I need to keep the calories up, but I want to do it as healthy as possible. Lots of fruit/veggies, lean protein, and whole foods.
I also plan to walk a ton. The dog defin helps with that b/c he loves to go on long walks. I will prob take the baby for a walk in the morning while DH is at work, and then take the dog once DH is home that way we can go a little faster/longer.
Once Chat Icon is around six months I am going to sign up for mommy & me pilates or yoga or both. Our community has a ton of classes like these. I am also dying to try a zumba class. Once I get back in shape I plan to start jogging/running daily, and signing up for crossfit. DH and I will have to coordinate a schedule so we can each go. Oh, and I want to join a soccer league so I have a commit to exercise at least once a week.

Breastfeeding
Walking at first
then running when I am allowed to

I would love to get a tummy tuck since I am having twins and I am expecting tons f loose skin left over, but I may want a 4th so that will have to wait.

Lots of walking, EA Sports Active for Wii and maybe some workout videos. I would love to start running again, but I don't think that will happen for at least a few months after I give birth.

With my last pregnancy, it came right off by the time I was 3 weeks PP and I lost an extra 15 lbs. The problem was not keeping it off. I am hoping the same happens this time around and I will just have to make sure I keep it off and keep losing.
