Good question.
I buy everything on sale. Perfume, I guess. That's the only thing that I'd buy. I'm fine with drugstore makeup, sale rack at the gap, clearance of DSW...well, okay, I won't go cheap with shoes. I'll buy them cheap, but not cheap quality. My feet have been through enough, so my shoes need to be good.

Suits unfortunately since I have to wear them to work
Beside that, I like to get pieces that I can mix and match
Handbags and shoes are big also!

Makeup! I love nothing more than a Sephora shopping spree Shoes are a close second. i don't spend alot on each pair, but I buy lots of pairs!

Yikes, way too much. Makeup and skin care definitely, and shoes. Definitely shoes...lol Some jeans too, but I only have maybe two pairs I've spent a lot of money on.

Bags for me too! I think that its for the same reason. Also, if you take care of a bag, they can last nearly forever. I'm big about permanency. I like the things i buy to last forever.

-Jeans (I think high-end jeans fit me better)
-Make-up (I'll spend any amount of money on make-up for some reason.)

My biggest splurge is handbags. Per item, they cost the most.
But, I've been known to splurge on a lot of other items. 
-Jeans (I'm a Rock & Republic whore)
-Makeup
-Shoes (Zappos makes it too easy to buy size 12s!)
