Re: what kind of cell phone plan do you have if you have a family plan??
I have a blackberry and my DH has a regular phone
we have a family share plan from verizon
I want to say 2100 minutes for about $130 - then another $30 for my crackberry habbit- the total with taxes is about $175ish - which isn't too bad considering we have unlimted text, insurace, pretty much everything

We have a family plan with AT&T
I have a Blackberry and DH has some old school phone. He refuses to upgrade. It still works so he won't. We have 1400 minutes a month since the phones are both used for business. His business to make money and my business to know what he is doing I don't know what it costs but it is more than a regular 2 phone plan because of the blackberry services added. it is under 200 a month

I think you get the best deals right from the source- I go to verizon store every time
with the rebate- my crackberry was free

We have AT&T.. I think we have about 2100 minutes a month between the 2 of us. Unlimited text, internet and all that.. I think theres something else that we needed for the iPhones too that might have brought the cost per month up. We also have IL's phones on our plan as well.. but they never use any minutes. We pay around 200 a month.
And at this point we have over 1000 rollover minutes.. kinda reminds me of that commercial
ETA anytime we bought new phones they were from the AT&T store.

Dh and I share a plan from Verizon
450 regular min unlimited in calling free nights and weekends i think 250 texts each
The plan is $60 then we pay $9.99 for the additional phone line - so about $70 total

DH and I have Nextel. We have 1400 minutes for $89.99. With the taxes and other fees it totals about $145 per month. Our contract is up in April. They're giving me a hard time about discounting the Blackberry I want so we may be switching to Verizon.

Re: what kind of cell phone plan do you have if you have a family plan??
DH and I have the Sprint family plan. We have 2000 minutes per month, unlimited text, unlimited internet, Sprint TV, Sprint Music store (and a whole bunch of other stuff I hardly ever use) for $85.00 a month. The reason for the super-discount is because my DH is a government employee and he's been with them for AGES (long before we got married). The same plan we have is available from Sprint for $99 a month (plus tax and all the "surcharges" that cell phone companies charge you).
