What kind of doctor...
treats hemorrhoids? 
My first thought would be a proctologist but after doing a search on here, I see a lot of pregnant women or new moms had theirs taken care of by their ob/gyn.
I am afraid if I call my ob/gyn and ask about this, the receptionists will laugh at me and then all make fun of me together.

Colorectal surgeon.
Don't be alarmed..they do rectal things and non invasive stuff too.

dr. cesar sanz in huntington is a colorectal surgeon and is a great doctor. i highly recommend him.
