DH wears a NorthFace but it was $$$.
I always think Lands End has nice coats and they usually have good discounts if you do a coupon search. Now that's it end of season you can probably get a good deal.

He has a Kenneth Cole coat from Burlington -- I think it was like $60! He also has another coat from Old Navy.

DH has a wool Kenneth Cole coat that I got during a sale at Macy's.
He also has corduroy coat that's more casual from American Eagle. I think it was around $50.

He doesnt. 
Actually he wears a track jacket from Nike on the days that are exceptionally cold. He does own a peacoat though I think he's worn it maybe twice in 5 years.

Sounds like my DH.
He wore a coat once so far this year.
Otherwise it's just a sweatshirt or sweater.

DH either wears no coat or wears a pea coat. I forget who the designer is but it's definitely a nicer coat.

He has several depending on the need:
*Rainforest parka (removable down liner & hood and is waterproof - ideal for when he has to travel around the country/world and NYC)
*custom made cashmere long coat (dressier occasions.)
*Arcteryx shell (this is used with various layers in the snow or alone for rainy weather and it's not so cold)
He also has some heavy weight canvas coats that he wears when doing work around the house.

He has a wool overcoat that he wears to work every day (he wears a suit) - for the weekend he has a Lands End Squall -
He loves it b/c like the boys' ones it's very lightweight and comfortable, but very warm

He has a Columbia coat that he wears outside playing with the girls or snow. Mostly he wears his north face zip up. During the week he has a pea coat from banana republic and another dressy coat from RL.

DH wears North Face fleece jackets- he never wears his coats. They keep him warm without all the bulk. He started to like Spyder jackets they also keep him warm without the bulk.
