What size did you get for coming home outfit?
It's tough because we have no way of knowing how big or small the baby will be.
Did you get newborn? Or 0-3 months?
I'm not sure which way to go...

hard to tell.....
I got NB size for my 1st who came in at full term weighing 5' 12oz.
My mom had to go out and get some preemie outfits to go home in.

Newborn.
I would think more often than not most babies fit into newborn sizes when they're born.

I was  - had a boy outfit in 0-3 and a girl outfit in 0-3. Ended up with a 6lb 3oz, 19.5 in girl and only had like two newborn outfits at home that I had to make DH bring to the hospital and the smallest thing we had that we put on her was HUGE!!!!!
So I don't think you can ever really know!

I brought newborn sizes to the hospital and they were all so big on her!!
She was only 6lbs 3oz.
Her lil arms and legs barely reached the holes lol
The onesie underneath was HUGE as well

OMG- this is just adorable! 
So I'm thiniking get Newborn size. Unless I'm going to have a 9 pounder- that seems like it will fit...

Even my 9lb DD fit in newborn clothes her first week. It was a *perfect* fit, but it still fit.
I brought 2 outfits to the hospital and the 0-3 month outfit was huge. Until she was 2 weeks old.

We put a 0-3 month outfit on our 7 lb 15 oz DS. It was big on him.
This time I'll bring a newborn outfit. If the baby is considerably larger this time  , I'll have DH bring a 0-3 outfit up to the hospital.

Same here. DS was 9.10 and 0-3 was very big. I'm getting newborn this time around
