Id avoid 130 as it falls smack in the middle of most nap times

I like a morning party. That way you still have the rest of the day to do what you need to do.

1030 or 430. I agree with most other posters 130 is the middle of nap time.

10:30. DD usually takes an awesomely long nap from 12:30-4 on the weekends and although we are very flexible and don't tie ourselves down for it, I am always happy when we can take advantage of it.

Can you specify if this is a "kiddie party"? If so, thendefinitely 10:30 so that everyone can still get naps after lunch. If it's a mostly-adult party, then either of the other 2 times.
This. I love when the parties are early. I had one yesterday at 10:10 and it was perfect

I had my girls 4 th birthday party at my house... Breakfast Birthday at 930 to 1130... Everyone LOVED the time, the feedback was that it gave them something to do because kids wake up super early and the party didn't consume their day and it allowed for the other things to do in the day. So , my vote is 1030

1:30 or 4:30, I hate parties that are before 1. On the weekend it's my time to relax in pjs for a lil, not wakeup and have to start running around getting everyone ready first thing.
This. I hate having to rush out in the morning on weekends. I do enough of that during the week.

I went with the 1030. Only inviting 13 kids and checked with my family and friends and that worked best for everyone!

For us I would prefer 1030 or 430 to avoid nap time. DS is 2 and still naps.

1:30. I hate having to rush around on weekend mornings...but I also have never been considerate of nap time. My son can nap whenever.

Agreed. I have a 1.5 and a 4yr old that still naps, I loathe middle-of-the-day parties because it goes against our schedule. First choice 1030, second choice 430.

my 1st choice would actually be 4:30, gives me something to do with the kids and they are entertained. 2nd choice would be 10:30
